Vaginal Herpes: Understanding Vaginal Herpes Symptoms

You can also go with natural treatment for herpes combined with home treatments.  It can always be good to keep a little Melissa Oil or Tea Tree Oil in your cupboard.  Mix either with a small amount of olive oil (or any high quality vegetable oil, including coconut), and you can apply topically to decrease the pain and duration of any outbreak.   As anyone who reads my work on the Internet knows, I am a huge supported of Oil of Oregano, lysine, and beta glucans from yeast.  It would be great if you could take this on a regular basis but if you find yourself with an outbreak, you should start immediately and it’s quite possible to avoid the outbreak altogether.   Really! You can only try and it is also important to believe in the possibility.   Also, please make sure you are eating well and getting a decent amount of sleep.  No herpes treatment is going to be effective if you are sabotaging your immune system with lack of good nutrition and recovery time.

Should you have a full blown outbreak, you can expect the blister or sore to ulcerate (break open) and after a few days of pain and swelling (you can always use the Tea Tree Oil with olive oil to numb the pain) the outbreak will show signs of drying up and forming a crust.  At this point in the stages of herpes, you can apply Vitamin-E to the healing blister (a few drops is all you need), and there will definitely be a reduction in healing time.  I cannot say enough about Vitamin-E and how great it is for healing vaginal herpes outbreaks.
It is very important that you recognize the signs of genital herpes.  This will allow you to start treatment almost immediately.Being aware of the stages of herpes will also give you the chance to stop all sexual activity and completely avoid transmission of genital herpes.  Using condoms and recognizing the signs of female genital herpes can be the most important things you can do to control herpes transmission.  Have tons of fun but keep safe!
